Mariann Bokako joined the AJW Board in September 2022. She has been a Music Specialist in Austin ISD for many years, currently working at Casis Elementary. By night, Mariann plays and sings for a reggae band and a Congolese band. She has served as a worship leader and plays piano/organ for several churches in the area. Mariann holds a degree from Huston-Tillotson (B.A) and is working on her masters at Texas Tech University (M.M.Ed).
