Leroy Wormley has been a long time supporter of the AJW, joining the Board in September 2005.  Now retired, the former IBM Community Relations Manager has  been instrumental in seeking funds, participating in events, attending performances and providing board oversight.  Leroy helped AJW expand its presence in the Round Rock ISD through his networking initiative, resulting in a 30% increase in our school outreach.  In his current Emeritus role, he remains available to the Austin Jazz Workshop to provide board development advice as needed.
